Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The perfume must be at least 90% full (not more than 10% used).
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and good condition.
• After inspection, the return or exchange will be completed within 3–4 working days.

Delivery Charges:
• For normal returns/exchanges, the customer pays the delivery charges.
• If the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will cover delivery charges and send a replacement at no extra cost.
